Dear Sirs,

We wanted to include several additional comments regarding our experience with our MoversAdvantage Real Estate agent Pam Reilly.

Pam has set the benchmark for us in what we will expect from agents in the future. From the start, she was informative, available, supportive and enthusiastic. For a pair of first time home buyers, these traits were hugely reassuring. Based on the kinds of homes that she showed us, it was obvious that she had paid attention to our interests. She answered our questions knowledgeably and responded to us promptly with supplementary information.

Our first day looking, she showed us the house that we ultimately bought. As it was a new home, still under construction, there were numerous follow-up details to attend to, such as contracts, decorating, loan applications, etc. During much of this process, I was overseas in Iceland and didn’t return to San Diego until the day after the closing. Pam was there with my wife for the walk-through and the closing, continuing to provide her experienced perspective.

Once we bought the house I didn’t expect to work with Pam much more. However, we had some trouble getting the builders to complete some of the last corrections from the walk-through. I called Pam to seek guidance on how to provide stronger “encouragement” to the builder. Before she called me back, Pam called the builder as our advocate and got things moving. When she called me back (less than an hour after I left my message for her), she let me know what she had told the builder, and gave me names and phone numbers of people to continue to talk to, for problem resolution. Shortly after I finished talking to Pam, a contrite representative from the builders called to get details about my situation. The next morning a repair crew arrived to begin correcting the discrepancies. Obviously, Pam’s efforts produced immediate results.

In short, Pam provided us with outstanding service as our Real Estate agent. Her performance has completely sold us on the USAA MoversAdvantage Program. She has set an incredibly high standard for our future real estate agents, and we’ll be giving your program first shot at our business (we’d better get Pam as our agent if we move in this area!) Based on our experience with Pam, we already recommended your program to our friends. Our sincere thanks for making our home buying experience a much easier one.
